- Provide scholarships to deserving students under the Honhaar Scholarship Program.

What the Scheme Offers The CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2025 provides:
- Laptops: 100,000 laptops to be distributed among students of universities, colleges, technical and agricultural colleges, and medical and dental colleges.
- Scholarships: Full tuition fee scholarships for up to four to five years for deserving students.
- Recognition: Special recognition and a guard of honour for high-achieving students.
Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the scheme, applicants must:
- Be first-year/first-semester students of 4-year BS/B.Sc. programs enrolled in public sector Medical/Dental Colleges, Engineering Universities, Agriculture Universities, Veterinary Universities, and Technology Colleges.
- Have secured at least 60% marks in the annual examination system or 70% marks in the semester system.
- Be first-year/first-semester students of 2-year Master’s Degree programs meeting the same marks criteria.
- Include top students from Matriculation and Intermediate Examinations from the Boards of Punjab.
- Be enrolled in MS/M.Phil./PhD programs in public sector institutions and meet the marks criteria.
- Include students of Deeni Madaris (4,000 laptops allocated) subject to merit criteria set by the Auqaf Department.
Ineligible Candidates The following categories of students are not eligible:
- MS/M.Phil./PhD scholars who are recipients of Higher Education Commission (HEC) scholarships.
- Students engaged in any kind of job (public or private).
- Students who received laptops in last year’s scheme.
- Foreign nationals, except students from Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Indian Occupied Kashmir.
